What if I want more than one of an item?
Please buy one item and send me an email stating how many items you would like. I will send you an invoice with the adjusted amount. Do not pay until you have received a revised invoice.
How do I let you know what I want embossed on my tag/s?
Once you have won the auction an email will be sent to you. This email has all
the information you need and a template for you to complete. Once you have made your choices and written your personalised message you return it to us. We will make up your tag/s according to your requirements.
What is embossed or embossing?
This is done by a special machine. The numbers/letters on your tag/s will look like the raised numbers on your Bank Card. All the text is in CAPITALS. It is not engraving.
What can I put on my tags?
Anything you wish, as long as we have the character.
Available characters are:
ALPHABET LETTERS A - Z
NUMBERS: 0 - 9
Some special characters:
& ' , / . : - + ( ) = !
Personal messages, Special Phrases, Medical Allergies, Sports/Club,
Memorable occasions,Contact Info.
Can I buy a presentation case to store my tags in?
Yes. Add an additional $2.50c. to your order. If you would like this option please send me a request and I will adjust the invoice accordingly. If you want the presentation case and have not ordered tags the cost will be $5-75 which includes postage.
Will I get my order in time?
If you have made your payment and sent back the information you would like on your tag/s, tag material and silencer choice your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
What are the various postage options and how long for delivery?
Regular Post which is free. We are not responsible for delivery by Australia Post. They usually deliver within 2-3 days of your item been posted. In all the years we have had only a few instances where the items never arrived.
If you choose Express Post this is at your expense. Delivery usually within 48hrs. The item is tracked, traced and insured

What is your returns policy?
We will accept a return of the tag - Mail costs are for your account to return the item. The item will be replaced at no cost and mailed back to you at no cost. "Regular Mail".
